Templatefairy currently provides shipping services only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will not be processed.
Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service areas. If a location is not eligible for delivery, customers will be notified during checkout.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders placed on Templatefairy are carefully prepared and processed before shipment. Our standard handling time is 1 business day from the time payment is successfully confirmed.
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
During the handling period, orders are verified, packed securely, and prepared for carrier pickup. This process helps ensure accuracy and product quality before shipment.

Orders are shipped using trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated arrival date directly through the carrier’s website.
