This Cancel & Change Order Policy applies to all orders placed through Templatefairy (Templatefairy.com). We understand that plans may change after placing an order, and this policy is designed to provide transparency, clarity, and peace of mind regarding order cancellations and modifications.

1. Order Processing Overview

Once an order is successfully placed on Templatefairy.com, it is automatically transmitted into our order processing system. To ensure fast and accurate fulfillment, orders are typically reviewed and prepared within one (1) business day.

Due to this streamlined workflow, there is a limited time window during which cancellations or changes can be requested. Customers are encouraged to review order details carefully before completing checkout.

2. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order provided that the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Templatefairy does not charge cancellation or administrative fees for approved cancellations.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the order is either in preparation for dispatch or already in transit.

If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may still request a return after delivery, subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Order Modification Requests

Templatefairy may accommodate order modifications such as changes to product options, quantities, or shipping details if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

All modification requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on order status, inventory availability, and timing of the request.

5. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an address update is required, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or modify the delivery address.

6. Product Changes & Substitutions

Requests to change or substitute products within an existing order may be approved if the order is still pending and the requested items are available in stock.

If a price difference applies due to a product change, customers will be informed and must approve the adjustment before the modification is finalized.

7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically take up to ten (10) business days to appear on your account statement.

Templatefairy issues refunds in full and does not withhold any processing or service fees.

8. Late or Missed Requests

Requests received after an order has entered processing or shipping may not be fulfilled. In such cases, customers should wait for delivery and then refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

To avoid delays or complications, we strongly recommend verifying all order details before submitting payment.

9. Fraud Prevention & Order Review

For security purposes, Templatefairy reserves the right to review, delay, modify, or cancel orders that are flagged by our fraud prevention or verification systems.

If additional verification is required, customers will be contacted using the information provided at checkout.

10. Policy Scope & Limitations

This policy applies to standard retail orders placed directly on Templatefairy.com. Promotional items, limited-availability products, or special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
